The Evilbean is very particular when it comes to seafood, because Evilbean is actually Lazybean. I would need to think very hard whether or not to utilise my hands for those prawns or in this case, crabs. Sharing similar sentiment with other lazy people, it is considered a taboo to make a mess on your hands only to find that the shell is not worth peeling.

The mantou is GOOD! They are fried to golden brown on the outside, while the inside retained the bread's fluffiness which absorbs the chili crab sauce well. My only gripe was that the chili crab was lukewarm, which affected the taste of the crab. The chili crab sauce was also a much toned down version of the spicier ones we usually have at Zi Char stores.

These are good as appetisers, but the real crab stars are behind. So, save your stomach for what I am think is one of the better crab dishes.. The X.O Steamed Crab in Egg White!

You know this is gonna be great if it is served dim sum style! Kept hot with the steam, these little bowls of crabs will not be your only serving in this crab buffet. Ever wonder why eggs are always paired with crabs? 

Yes, smart! I am pretty sure your intelligent brain just whispered to you the answer. So, imagine this egg white and the fragrant XO sauce together in this dim sum cage - steamed till piping hot. I can see that you are almost grasping at your screen, wanting to take a bowl out of this picture. STOP IT. Smirk Emoticon

For this year's crab buffet, Brizo has come up with a cooked-to-order 'Crab in a Pan', which is a pan that contains a whole crab, prawns, clams, black mussels, potatoes, corn and sausages. It's almost like Korean's Army Stew, but the seafood version. You have a choice out of three European sauces - namely Mariniere, Bouillabaisse and Cioppino. Frankly, I do not even know what did I just spell out, so enquire from the friendly staffs when you are there!

There are a total of 22 types of crab dishes and another 26 kinds of seafood that is available in this crazy crab buffet. If you are a true blue crab lover, you will find your paradise here.

What is even more amazing is their DESSERTS SECTION. Just look at this easter-themed dessert corner!
